Sweepstakes Contestant Official Rules Terms & Conditions
Pathway Insurance Services Inc. is herein called Sponsor and is wholly responsible for this contest. No purchase is necessary to win. Contest open only to legal US residents, 18 years of age or older, currently living in the United States, its territories or possessions. Void where prohibited by law.
How to enter: To enter contest for Your Choice Vacation you must register by clicking here. Without such registration and compliance with other terms and conditions as outlined below sweepstakes contestants will be disqualified from winning Your Choice Vacation. Sweepstakes begins 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on 6-28-2016 and all entries must be received no later than June 19th 2017 by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. One Entry is earned by contestants when registering. 1 additional entry may be earned by liking any Facebook Business Page owned by Sponsor (limited to 1 entry per page like). 1 additional entry may be earned by following & tagging +Pathway Insurance Services Inc on the sponsor’s Google + Business Page. 1 additional entry may be earned by sharing any Contest Post by Sponsor for Facebook, Google +, Twitter and afterwards shared on the contestant's personal Facebook, Google +, or Twitter Account. Each Contest post share by the individual contestant earns said contestant one additional entry for each share with no limit. Example: 50 total posts are created by Sponsor in 12 months specifically for the Your Choice Vacation Sweepstakes Contest and 1 individual contestant shares all 50 Contest posts on their personal Facebook, Google +, and Twitter Account; that individual contestant earns an additional 150 entries to win Your Choice Vacation. Non-Contest Posts shares are not eligible for additional chances to win. Entries are only allowed when contestant shares the sponsor's contest posts to their personal Social Media accounts or a third party company’s Social Media Account when prior permission is granted by sponsor. 2 additional entries may be earned by referring a friend, relative, or acquaintance for an insurance quote from Sponsor. Each referral by the individual contestant earns said contestant two additional entries with no limit. Example: 10 total referrals are made to Sponsor by contestant during 12 month contest period and all 10 referred persons receive quotes from Sponsor; that individual contestant earns an additional 20 entries to win Your Choice Vacation. At least one insurance quote must be received by a referred person for contestant to earn the two contest entries. Referrals that do not result in insurance quotes being received do not award contestant with additional chances to win. A contestant’s failure to register for Your Choice Vacation automatically voids all other entries gained by liking or sharing Contest posts. Click here to register.
Eligibility: Employees or contractors of Sponsor (and their immediate families and those living in their same households), including but not limited to any licensed insurance agents, employees or administrative personnel working in the insurance industry or employed by any insurance agency are not eligible for this contest.
How the sweepstakes contestant will be chosen: The contest winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries no later than 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time June 19th 2017. Sponsor will contact selected sweepstakes winner by telephone and email immediately after said contestant is chosen. Failure of the randomly selected winner of Your Choice Vacation contestant to respond to contact efforts by sponsor via email or telephone by no later than 5 PM Eastern Standard Time June 23, 2017 will automatically forfeit said sweepstakes winnings and a new winner will be drawn the next business day. In the event the contest winner no longer maintains their current telephone number used for registration and/or email address, or contestant unsubscribes from email tracking and automation software employed by Sponsor, or they fail to register by the time contestant winner is chosen, contestant automatically forfeits said prize for Your Choice Vacation; an alternative winner will be drawn the next business day. Sponsor will only contact said winner by phone, email. No other form of contact is offered. Only 1 random winner will be chosen. In order to receive the prize, the winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, IRS form 1099, and a Publicity Release, within 10 days of the date of the winner’s acceptance. Contestants can enter Your Choice Vacation by no later than June 19th 2017 at 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Your Choice Vacation Prize: A vacation gift certificate with a value up to $2,000 will be presented to the winning contestant. The winning contestant decides how, where, and when to use the Your Choice Vacation gift certificate with one exception: Vacation gift certificate must be used by June 16, 2018. In the event the winning contestant chooses a vacation destination that exceeds the maximum payable for Your Choice Vacation, contestant will be responsible for any amounts over $2000. Your Choice Vacation cannot be redeemed for cash or used for any purpose other than a vacation getaway. Your Choice Vacation cannot be transferred, assigned or substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to change or replace the prizes with a prize of greater or comparable value. Winning contestant must provide pictures of their vacation destination to sponsor. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes. Additionally contestant winner must provide Sponsor a current picture displaying the Your Choice Vacation winning certificate if not able to meet with employees or representatives of sponsor in person. Certificate will be provided to winning contestant.
General Conditions: BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE PATHWAY INSURANCE SERVICES INC., AND ITS AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY, FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY. WINNERS, BY ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR CHOICE VACATION, EXCEPT WHERE LEGALLY PROHIBITED, GRANT (AND AGREE TO CONFIRM THAT GRANT IN WRITING) PERMISSION THAT PATHWAY INSURANCE SERVICES INC., AND THOSE ACTING UNDER ITS AUTHORITY, ITS AFFILIATES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES AND ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES TO USE HIS/HER NAME, PHOTOGRAPH, VIDEO, VOICE &/OR LIKENESS, FOR ADVERTISING &/OR PUBLICITY WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, WITHOUT REVIEW, WORLDWIDE, AND ON THE WORLDWIDE WEB. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by posts made on any Social Media Platform, Website, Contestants, Users, Any Third Party, Any person or organization tampering, hacking, causing a breach in computers or other equipment used by Sponsor, or by any of the software programming, or equipment associated with or used in this sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Social Media or Web site access. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes, or Web site, or Web site's terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or any other persons, computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the sweepstakes, and randomly select winners from valid entries received prior to action taken. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, the winner, and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. By registering, you are giving your consent to Pathway Insurance Services, Inc. or its affiliates or successors to use your email address, cellular number, and Social Media contact information to receive promotional offers from Sponsor by email, call, text, or message via various Social Media platforms. The official winner will be posted on various Social Media Platforms, and Websites.
